Didn't you get banned for transphobic posts, Milverton?

ANTI-CORBYN BIAS (part three)

No, but thanks for asking.

In what sense does a far left propaganda website like MediaLens aid your argument?

At the centre of the impending disappointment for you and others here is your inability to see past your own prejudices. You don't listen to what the people say or think at all. That is also the reason there is a disconnect between Labour and their old support, by the way.

To the likes of Corbin the people are merely incidental to the socialist project. Instead, safely ensconced in your FB and Twitter feeds and scouring MediaLens and others for perceived biases you find yourselves in an endless Hall of Mirrors where your own beliefs are reflected back to you in subtlety different, but ultimately identical ways. Everyone on your social media feeds may all agree with you, but you and your twenty, fifty, a hundred internet phantasms won't affect the result of anything ever.

Remember when the PLP came back from the real world of doorstepping people for the EU Referendum and returned to Westminster for a collective "fuuuuccccckkkk" and immediately tried to unseat Corbin. Nothing has changed for him since then. Nothing.

On the radio the other morning I sat fascinated and almost aghast as a reporter tried to wheedle out a Labour supporter in Middlesbrough town centre. Poor sod might as well been looking for a Harvey Nicks.

Yet spookily correct when issues of public opinion are involved.

Banned means banned. Off you pop.

Far too good to leave on the previous page. For those interested (errrr... me) the 3D avatar is one I photographed straight off the television from a five second clip in a documentary on Scientology. Rather good I thought. That's Lee Harvey Oswald I reckon.

Another factual inaccuracy from the man who says cock live on television and thinks it is clever.

That old argument about labour just doesn't apply. This is an unprecedented period in time where we've gone so far in one direction that there's nowhere left to go, the economy is already in a mess, rotten to its core, and standards of living for millions are going backwards. Its time, even if just 5 years, to have some reversal and see what happens. It literally cannot be any worse than it is now.

QuoteIt literally cannot be any worse than it is now.

Well there's no point being melodramatic, you know that isn't true. We are still in a spectacularly privileged position.

imitationleather

Yeah. It can get a lot worse than this, gold boy. Have you ever been to a non-rich country?

brat-sampson

Of course it could be worse. Consider the multiple U-turns the tories have had to make over the last few years, now imagine they had enough of a majority not to have had to make any of them.

Or imagine being literally covered in human shit dying of ebola in a sewer after having been raped and shot by Boko Haram.

It literally cannot be worse after 5 years of doing the things labour say they will do. Are you a parasite leaching off others? Yeah it might be worse for you. Everyone else, can you describe how the headline things corbyn says he'll do will make things worse than they are now?

Our economy is in much worse state than you'll hear on the BBC, were struck in Japan style zombification with no clue how to get out of it.

Yes I was, and yes it was shit. I think the historical circumstances are different this time, after 9 years of 'emergency' action, which is now permanent action, our economy is a walking corpse. Time for a different approach, at least for 5 years.

I'm not comparing us with Ethopia dickhead. I'm saying 5 years of building lots of houses and investing in infrastructure isnt going to make things worse than they are now. Unless you're a parasite, but then if you are you've had your feeding frenzy, its time for something else.

The Saudis holding the West to ransom over oil had a little bit to do with that. There was a world economic downturn. I'm sure you know but I thought I'd flesh that out so people don't just think LABOUR GOVERNMENT.

biggytitbo

In the 1970s Labour and Tory were virtually indistinguishable. Remember, this is pre Thatch, The Torys believed in public ownership and state control of the economy. When the Torys were in charge in the 70s they made a total mess of things aswell. I doubt whoever was in charge would have done any better with the persistent problems of inflation and industrial strife in that decade.

AND THE FACT THE SAUDIS HELD THE ENTIRE WEST TO RANSOM WHICH ACCOUNTED FOR A GREAT DEAL OF THE ECONOMIC HARDSHIP.

That workers were politically engaged and protected was a good thing, and provided that doesn't get in the way of efficiency and progress, will always be a good thing.

How to complain to the BBC.

https://ssl.bbc.co.uk/complaints/forms/?lang=en&reset=&uid=156550077

Why should you complain....?

This.

Just imagine Nick Robinson's head being run over by a refuse collection vehicle, his remains dumped in a brown bin, then ejected into the sea amongst sewage.

royce coolidge

I do hope Robinson, kuenssberg and Maitlis die screaming in a Salford conflagration. I really do.

Fuck all compassion for the likes of them, they have had all the advantages, yet they cannot even maintain a veneer of impartiality (which the beeb supposedly stands for). All they have to do is keep their beliefs to their private time and not constantly try to shape the news to the agenda they believe in.

I don't mind Milverton (Sorry Baz Admin). If I don't agree with him I can just scroll past. I reckon he's alright he just likes to get us talking which is not really a bad thing

He doesn't like to get us talking. He's a sanctimonious weirdo who swans in and out quickly without much interest as to the ebb and flow of the discussion. He also clearly has trouble reading as he often misunderstands the points other people make in a way that's indicative of being either thick or disingenuous. He just enjoys being sanctimonious, not unlike a sociopath. The arrogant flagrancy of his re-emergence is his big joke on us all. He doesn't provide anything good for this place, at all.

Honestly his return rather undercuts the idea that he's a cool collected individual rattling our cages as well, it reeks of attention seeking.
