Machine Gun Etiquette is a masterpiece.

Every track's a winner. Name any other punk album that's true of.

The Damned have written dozens of great songs. How many good songs did your favorites, the Sex Pistols write? Four, maybe five.

Oooh, the Pistols are a LONG way from being my favourites!

I'm just not keen on Machine Gun Etiquette. And I certainly can't see it as a punk album, no matter how good you think the songs might be.

The Damned were awful tho' weren't they? A really shit band.

Pistols
Clash
Buzzcocks

Ramones
Undertones

X-Ray Spex

Adverts

Dead Kennedys

Damned

Doesn't that imply you think The Sex Pistols were the best?

Oh, erm

from the punk bands, yeah

maybe

But I like the Clash's debut best of all. Not a dull moment on that one. And no cheesy organs and songs about popes

Bollocks, I was hoping Bad Brains wouldn't be taken.

Nevermind, I've just thought of something better:

The Undertones debut. He said predictably.
