I saw my 4 year old discover his bell end today. He was having a piss and pulled it back and laughed at his own helmet.

My bell end. And it's a proper good chortle, I can tell you. Please thank your son for the tip. Well, not that tip....ooh....erm...crumbs!

He can pull it all the way back. You should be proud that he is not a phimote.

Be sure to warn him however that the uncovered glans require a more steady aim than the (some may say lazy) forsked glan when peeing.
