People are often asking about various methods of "recording" internet radio stations... you might want to look at StationRipper. It can automatically record individual tracks to single MP3 files as you're listening, which sounds handy. It's freeware. Sorry if someone has posted it before.

I just tried to use it to grab a listen again option from Radio 1 and it seems to only do shoutcast captures, which I don't use :/

Ah right, I've never used it, just thought it looked promising. Maybe it'll come in handy one day...

If you have a Mac, you can use Audio Hijack to rip from any sound source.

If not, you could always ask a Mac user nicely, and he might be willing to grab it for you?

Audio Record Wizard can be "Acquired" for you Windows users on certain P2P applications. Highly recommend it. It grabs whatever is playing through the soundcard.
