Kashmir - a Danish band

Here goes my new topic cherry...

Earlier in the summer at our local music festival "Greenfields" here in Interlaken, I got to know the Danish band Kashmir for the first time. Until then I had never heard of them. I haven't seen them mentioned on here yet and I've been lurking a long time.

I bought their latest album "No Balance Palace" shortly after the festival but didn't really get round to listening to it until now, when I liked it so much I bought their last LP "Zitilites". No Balance Palace includes a song called The Cynic with David Bowie performing some of the vocals.

They remind me at times of Radiohead and sometimes of Interpol.

Anyway - they really have got into my head - I hope you find time to look them up.
