Okay just to sort some problems out. Just to reiterate you send the turd Bs to ME and the turd As to SPC. Turd B has got up to Cardinal Tit Storm so if fanny splendid and Purple Tentacle could send me their B turds for collation that would be great. I was thinking that if we do this again it might be a good idea to send the turd along in a lossless format, because the jpeg artifacts that build up over time make the earlier modifications looked blurry and washed out. It hurts my eyes!

I must say, turd A is a fine looking specimen. I was afraid to touch it, but I did anyway.

Png would be better than gif, wouldn't it? Gifs only have 256 colours. I think the first turd was done as png.

But loads of people are MSPAINT LUDDITE IDIOTS, and MSPaint saves JPEGS horribly. So anyone using MSPaint degrades the quality.

Basically, what I'm saying is STEAL PHOTOSHOP YOU IDIOTS. You can even use it like MSPaint if you're scared of learning new things.

Yeah, I did my files for all the turd as PNGs, it seems like a sensible format. Whoever is collecting the turd could then resave each individual frame as a jpg for the big reveal, if there's a desire to keep file size down so it loads quicker. I'd be happy to do it.
