1. Try googling for the font, to see if it exists. For instance, for that hilarious labour-leader-helicopter-mowing-down-evil-Iraqi-leaders-in-the-name-of-freedom mong, Blairwolf, go here for an Airwolf font.

2. Browse through 'abillionshittyfonts.com', and find a similar one. It's better to replace all the words with the similar font, than to replace a few letters.

3. Cut and paste bits of words, and elements of the individual letters, that you already have, and painstakingly recreate the new letters you need.

4. Acquire a font creation software package, and create it yourself.
