I've been listening to The Microphones' The Glow, Pt 2 alot recently and I gotta say I'm coming to absolutely adore this album. I love Elvrum's approach to songwriting: his frail, emotional voice, the waves of noise, the gentle acoustics and the pounding drums. This album really is magical.

But, I need some help. Where to go next? Should I check out the challenging sequel Mount Eerie, earlier Microphones stuff like It Was Hot We Stayed in the Water, or Elvrum's new stuff under the Mount Eerie moniker?

Any other Elvrum fans here?
