Christ, I know Scorpions had some dodgy album covers but I'd forgotten all about that.... wow.

I've never actually seen a real copy of the album with that sleeve first hand.  It's always in discussions like this.  I believe that the fairly recent Japanese repressing of the CD (in vinyl replica type packaging) restores the offending artwork.

Most of the album covers in this thread are are just plain disturbing. Some thought has gone into them - but it was thought produced by clearly disturbed individuals.

I could be wrong, but I think HMV or somewhere like that may have had a prob with the Margin Walker cover when it was released. Apparently, a HMV manager fainted when he saw the original cover of Carcass' Symphonies Of Sickness (Or maybe it was Reek Of Putrifaction?).
