Where do you waste your time online?

Pretty simple question really. Apart from here, where else do you spend your internet hours on a day to day basis. Brief descriptions always welcome to avoid wasted clicks of the mouse...

http://forum.anothersite.co.uk - This IS the definition of wasting time. Totally pointless conversation, and an 'Amateur NSFW' which is regularly updated, which is nice.

http://break.com - The source of many viral videos, updated daily, often with 'funny pain' videos - you know the ones, athletes breaking legs etc...

http://28dayslater.co.uk - Have mentioned this in another thread. Urban exploration forum that has some extreemly talented photographers on their books. EDIT: Bugger me this is a good one - http://www.28dayslater.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=19203

http://metacafe.com - Another video site, populated it would seem by people that are terrible at english.

Identity Crisis Ahoy!

Something Awful's Awful forums is good for a laugh if yer into 31 page threads dedicated to one particular thing (be it a TV show, song, album, wrestler etc.)

Theprpboard is an american teenager / early 20s board which was originally about 'Pimp Rock' (Palace) (Nu-metal) but has merged into pointless bickering and shit jokes. My home page. Reg is closed, so the community seems more enclosed...

Do you need a special computer to see other sites?

Can you get to them from the home page of the WWW, here www.cookdandbombd.co.uk ?

I waste my time on this godforsaken shithole more than anything since I've now read the archives of all the webcomics I like. Also hitting the StumbleUpon button until it finds something other than the usual pages of 'humorous insults through the ages', 'top 10 funniest ___ ever', or stupid fucking viral videos which I hate.

Another guilty pleasure is going through the similar artists of an artist I like on last.fm and discovering non-stop new music, trying to find more space on my hard drive for all of it at once.

Though I don't do much of the others (except spend time on here) since I rediscovered Final Fantasys VII & IX.

At the risk of sycophancy, I spend a terrifying amount of time here, then play bad games, pausing only to find more eye-watering pornography (it's an interest, not a hobby, mother...).

Or, god forbid. This cunt again. "http://www.rense.com/general67/street.htm"

WOOOWWWW!! FREAKEN AWESOME! *clicks I Like It*

Naw, first time I saw that I was really into it. Admittedly it is pretty clever, but now I've stumbled upon it so many times I trip over it through not noticing. I just keep stumbling until I find some interactive flash stuff that experiments with sound or whatever.

Why's he cunty?
No, it's just it appears so much on stumble upon. Every other stumble, literally.

See, now THAT'S talent. Those who claim the NY four-year-old paints good pictures need to open their eyes a bit.

Fucking hell I've wasted nearly all day at work just browsing at shit online, mainly on here. My work colleague is away this week so I'm in an office all on my own, so I've not got that thought of someone looking over your shoulder tutting about all the time you've been spending browsing crap. MUST get some work done tomorrow though. If you see me posting tomorrow, in the daytime, PM me and tell me to get some work done.

Here, Bebo/Facebook, CounterPunch, Electronic Intifada, various lefty mailing lists, searching music-blogs for naughtily uploaded albums, and updating my own sites. And various Flash games sites when I'm bored by words and music.

Mostly.

MissInformed

Having just discovered this cute little game, I can see me wasting far too much time there.

Personal best: 1143.0m, by the way.

A couple of sites I tend to come back to often:

www.b3ta.com - the most popular posts page on the question of the week tends to be pretty damn funny
www.theonion.com - bit hit and miss, but tons of stuff there. I've always liked Herbert Kornfeld and Jim Anchower's columns, esp. the latest one which added a new twist by tying in with Smoove B's column.

Also, www.framleyexaminer.com finally got an update the other week, that's pretty damn good

Here's a couple of pithy games that have stuck in my mind, so I must have liked them:

http://www.zanorg.com/prodperso/jeuxchiants/doublejeu.htm (click the UK flag in the bottom left corner first)
http://2addicted.com/words (I used to play this on a Das Keyboard, it was an experience to say the least)

And here, obviously.

Online scrabble. I'm sure the Scrabble robots you can choose to play against make words up though. Still, the practice means I don't get my arse quite so roundly whipped these days when playing my good lady.

Cambrian Times

http://www.runescape.com online RPG- incredibly addictive.
I've been playing for about 6 years.

http://www.angryflower.com Funny Canadian comic strip

http://www.bbc.co.uk/celebdaq Celebrity stock exchance thing.

Kapuscinski

I love archives of columnists such as Mark Steel. I can spend an hour on that section of the Independent website.

Spiteface

www.f4wonline.com - Wrestling and MMA website, run by Bryan Alvarez.  costs to subscribe but they have some cool stuff - a newsletter every week (i.e. F4W), and audio shows, such as "the Bryan and Vinny show" which keeps me sane in work.

Oscar

I always find myself drifting back to the old escort discussion boards. This one's great: http://www.escort-ireland.com/boards/index.php

Hank_Kingsley

http://goaste.com is a place I come back to again and again. I think it's one of the few genuinely funny comedy sites out there. It might seem a bit too 'OMG random' to some cunt or another but there's a hell of a lot more going on there. So much great stuff there, I particularly love the flash game '15 Fucking Questions'.

Famous Mortimer

I also love goaste, there's some really funny things on there.

I hope no-one here has dyslexia, or that could turn out quite badly.
