Maybe Pete Townsend heads the RnD department.

Excoriated, surely? /pedant

By the way...not wanting to come over as a crazed reactionary...but padded bras for pre-teens - just wrong. Should be self-evident.

Edited to add:

"Catalogue comes all over Richard Littlejohn...PHWOARGH!" Get those pre-emptive strikes in first, folks.

I think the only way to solve this issue is for someone on Cab to steal a girl child, and make her run around with and without a child's bra on, and ask her what she prefers.

Then give her back, obviously, anything else would be a bit weird.

Already tried that, dude. Inconclusive.

Really? Seven? Seven year olds buying their own copies of an autobiography? Excuse my lack of belief, but I'm pretty dubious. I worked in a shop that sold books and I never ever sold a single one to a seven year old.

Yes, I reckon they were buying the Perfect Ponies book or something

Incidentally I am actually wearing one of Asda's Katie Price bras as I type this. I'd forgotten as it's so damn comfortable. I bought two... Seriously, they're a bargain- they're made by Panache, who make great bras, but they cost half as much as the ones they sell elsewhere.

useless advice for most of you, but hey.

DocDaneeka

Hmm they sound good, but I think some photographic evidence of you wearing the bra in question may be needed.

Wow just catching up on all this, it's not too clever from Tesco or whoever, but *looks to camera* I guess you could say it's all...a storm in an A cup...eh? eh?

Ginyard

*looks to other camera* happy birthday darling, now blow out your uncle mmm? mmm?

I wanted to buy one of those last time I went to Asda, but bizarrely, they don't go up to my size. Surely Katie Price, with her chest, would have thought of this....

Crikey, so is having audaciously-sized fun-mammaries a requisite for female 'whores then? Is it like all us male 'whores having to be hung like a pornstar carthorse?

There are only very few females on this board, and one of them keeps being accused of probably being a man. However, the females on here probably are large in that department because unlike our flatter friends, going outside is a much less carefree situation. At least on the internet we can employ some sort of support, perhaps standing by a shelf, or next to a table. We get bored so the internet is our only distraction from the weight.

On the flipside, the men I think would perhaps be out a lot more if blessed in the pants department....flapping them at girls.

Really? There's never been a higher percentage of females on here, well over a third of regulars it seems. I've never been on a less male-dominated discussion site.

I'm joking of course. That'd be the most ridiculous assumption! How could I be anything but joking.

Hank_Kingsley

I wonder if there's a correlation between agoraphobia and penis size?

I've not left the house in days but that's not out of choice. I've got a big fat dissertation on White Supremacy to do and it's gots to gets done.

Ginyard

More likely to be a link between the KKK and small dicks. How about a fresh essay, Hank?. Something that really gets you banned from Lutheran country?.

Hank_Kingsley

It's too late to start again.

I'll try and get some penis envy in there though. I'm sure I can relate it to something to do with the media and how it is always WRONG.

I don't have a fear of crowds, just the casualties should I spin around in surprise whilst tumescent.

So, in summary, I've no idea.

chocky909

I think these bras for 7 your olds are disgusting. Little girls should be proud of their nipples and wear tight tops to accentuate them.

I've yet to meet a nonce who likes tits, y'know...?

I accept this is not the argument being put forward generally in the thread.

I'm NOT coming to the London meet, I already told you.

You make an interesting point though. Maybe mothers are buying these in an attempt to make their kids look pubescent to turn off paedophiles?

But basically, if you don't want your daughter to wear them then don't buy them. Someone IS buying them and it's probably because of the girls wanting to be 'grown up' and the mothers giving them whatever they want, probably scared they'll be the only ones at school without. Wearing these bras will almost certainly not make them any more attractive to sexual predators although I can't be certain about that. Maybe The Sun could do a survey? I'm sure their Named And Shamed department have plenty of relavent addresses.
