Quite a few people have been asking about this recently; as it hasn't been available in the shops for over a decade, is there anyone out there who has a) a copy that they can scan and b) a scanner that can scan their copy?

Well, it's at a high old price right now and 5 hours to go...

If any of you do want an old book (or just a second hand one) cheap do try Abe Books - http://www.abebooks.co.uk - it has a top notch searching facility - unfortunately nothing turns up for Buygones, but Victor Lewis Smith turns up 3 times!!!

It is now my first stop for books, but be aware that postage from other countries is likely to be more than a pound....
