But I have no avatar anymore. I'm quite literally faceless.

New page mistaken lack of identity.

Ambient Sheep

Yeah, anyone who has that default Limmy avatar is the same person.

Likewise anyone who has Hank from King of the Hill is SMBH.

EDIT: Oh, so you don't, any more.

Nick Nolte and Jeff Bridges

That's an easy one to solve, it's always Gary Busey.

I remember watching MTV circa 1999 after getting home from college, as Trey Parker and Matt Stone were doing the promotional rounds for the South Park movie.

They arrived in the studio looking knackered and jet lagged only to have it revealed that one of the hosts, Kelly Brook, was confused as to why there were only two men. She thought it was 'Trey, Parker and Matt Stone' so 'Trey Stone, Parker Stone and Matt Stone' and that presumably the three South Park creators were related.

Until today, I thought Barry Norman wrote the James Bond theme.

I used to get Barry Norman and Dennis Norden mixed up.

Which reminds me of the time a friend's sister got Alan Rickman confused with Rik Mayall. With hilarious consequences. Sort of.

Heh... what a... heh... what a cock-up! And why not?

For years I thought that Jimmy Carr had been Trevor (as in "Trevor and Natalie") in TMWRNJ.

I remember reading a TV review in which the reviewer admitted that for years he'd admired this versatile actress called Amanda something; and had just found out that he'd been confusing Amanda Redman and Amanda Burton.

MuteBanana

One of The Pasadenas and Danny John Jules.

Only the accent is different, same vessel and soul.

If we're descending into lookalikes then Tom Hardy and Logan Marshall-Green need a mention

As far as I can tell it's the main thing Logan Marshall-Green is famous for.

Cerys

I can never tell the difference between Reese Witherspoon and Alicia Silverstone.

THEY'RE THE SAME BLOODY WOMAN!  WAKE UP, SHEEPLE!  NYARGH!

One subtle difference, one of them can smash boulders apart using only their chin.

Neville Chamberlain

Fatima Whitbread and Moira Stewart.

I always thought the reason Moira Stewart always sounded slightly out of breath when reading the news was because she'd just dashed back from a javelin-throwing competition.

Depressed Beyond Tables

Matthew Cottle (Game On)

Mark Gatiss (The League of Gentlemen)

It blows my mind (and is indicative of my poor acceptance of the passage of time) that they're the same age. How is Martin Martin 50?!

When I started watching Last Man On Earth I thought Cleopatra Coleman was Zoe Kravitz.

George White

Richard Herd and Richard Venture.

Billy Dee Williams and Carl Weathers. They look very similar and once appeared in a film together. The black Lancaster and Douglas.

I'm sure there was an actor on Doctor Who. The special where they're on a bus. Who was the spit of the co lead singer of Alphabeat.

I forget how many Dimlebeys there are, but I used to think it was just one.

Though weirdly, the old couple on the bus, the husband was Reginald Tsiboe, Bobby Farrell's replacement in the early 80s lineup of Boney M, who unlike Farrell, actually sang.
