Ted Maul - 8
Dr Christian Troy - 8
falafel - 9,999,999,999,999,999,999
Hairdryah - 7
Moloch D - 9
Trench - 9
Phil_A - 8
Delete - 8

I wanted to give Hairdryah more points but I would be too frightened to hear the mix again. I did enjoy "I Hate All Queers".

Special award to Phil_A for making me very relieved to have replaced One Night Stand as my last track (although I would have got in first and somehow made him look like an imitator) AND  for being the second person to use Seductive Barry AND for using Derek & Clive, which means that possibly if you put everyone else who entered a mix into a blender and then baked it you would get Phil_A

I also enjoyed "Gash Man", and the robot pronunciations of "Henry Rollins" and "Serge Gainsbourg".

Also, I forgot to mention I had Frida and Barry in mine at the beginning.

Going to see Inception so will miss the winner, but well done whoever you are and cheers all for the memories.

sirhenry

The winner will be announced and their mix played at 7.15 tonight.

The best of the best - ON NOW!

You have just missed Trench's outstanding mix.

Neil

Can't wait to catch up on all these now.

Claude the Racecar Driving Rockstar Super Sleuth

Drat. I was compiling a mix, but I couldn't find a decent mic and then I forgot about it.

It was utterly puerile filth, though. I can assure you of that.

sirhenry

You're more than welcome to have a go at the Drugs Challenge (for details see previous page)in two weeks.

Please

Neil

I'm up for it.  I haven't made a mix, I guess, since 2003ish cor Cook'd and Mix'd, which was the shy fore-runner to CaB Radio, with regular pre-recorded ApexJazz topical shows that were brill.

So yeah, it'll be fun.  What time do these end?  The Blue Jam repeats have to be got on soon, I'm primed now.

sirhenry

Next one is Friday 30th. They'll be on Fridays now for overruns, so more people can stay up later.

So Thursdays are free.

Here.

*Not cutting into anyone's profits mind, the host of the Kaufman site clearly states that the nominal payment for the download is to cover his bandwidth costs

(coughthankscough)*

*and also I would still very gladly pay to see it, not that it's on anymore, but it's the thought that counts. Or something.

sirhenry

Just to remind folks, the deadline for the next round is Friday afternoon. There are two finished and sent in so far and after the excellent mixes last time, we're looking forward to another great night. Send me your mixes!

Crabwalk

Listened to last week's mixes today, and was entertained and profoundly disturbed in equal measure. Next time I'm dishing out the crabmeat, I'll be sure to spin some of those mixes to get the juices flowing (yes, one of those juices could be vomit but I'll be game if she is).

I know it's too late to vote, but to make up for that I've mixed a mong for this week which I'll upload and PM tomorrow Sir Henry. Looking forward to getting 'involved'.

Cambrian Times

Someone is going to put "Sorted..." on a mix. Guarenteed.

sirhenry

Tonight's Drugs and Alcohol Radio Mong will start at 8pm.

Mixes by Languid, Dr. Christian Troy, Delete Delete Delete, NoSleep, Crabwalk and Ted Maul (so far...)

Nothing from me this time - I'm on holiday. But next time...

About an hour ago, according to the rules, but who needs rules?

How about 'by Friday'? Then I can play the winner again on Friday at 9.

NoSleep

I'm here to spread anarchy like butter.

sirhenry

on the pile of burnt muffins that is my life.

Ted-Maul

My late scores -

Languid - 8
Dr. Christian Troy - 9
Delete - 7
No Sleep - 10   (the mix i wanted to make but lack the skill and talent)
Crabwalk - 9

All brilliant again. I don'think i'll get a chance to do the Rock n Roll one so hopefully someone will step in and take my place as the token Text-2-Speech jockey. (im looking at you Falafel....)
