I'm enjoying the single player a lot. It's New York locations are nicely realised and there's a decent level of autonomy concerning how you tackle the problems it sets you.

I'm enjoying it too. Finding that some of the locations are kind of too busy, making it hard to spot enemies, and occasionally the bad guys spot me from fucking miles away, scuppering my stealth, but overall I'm enjoying the openness of it.

Got hold of this yesterday and Chand is spot on! I know the visor should be helping me detect enemies (units?) but every time I switch it on the character disarms, then when you go to shoot the visor turns off.
I may have to resort to the manual.

Other than that my first hour was enjoyable enough. The story should take hold of me in the next session and I hope it all gels together as it seems a bit confusing and all over the place at the moment.
