I can't quite tell what that is from the article (a PC in a C64 case?) but Commodore USA have been milking the brand for years now with tacky shit.

Pretty much. You can take a closer at the website which showes it in more detail. Apparently it also has something called CommodoreOS on it which going by a skim of the description, it's a flavor of Linux.
