Cake and GHB

I just noticed funny little side story to the drugs episode of Brass Eye.

When they show the shot of the parliamentary minutes (at around 20:53) it reads:

"Mr. Amess: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department what action the Government proposes in respect of the import of (a) khat, (b) gammahyroxybutyrate and (c) cake to the United Kingdom."

In other words, at least in the case of their dealings with Amess, they lumped the made-up cake in with the obscure Khat and the (relatively) legit concern of GHB.

On the one hand, this does go some way in explaining how they hood winked so many public figures so much, on the other hand it's an excellent example of selective reporting whether it's supposed to be a jab at selective reporting, or whether it's a text book example of actual selective reporting.
