Anyone ever come across anything other than the MWE radio shows on the net from these fine folk? I've been trying to track down Newman and Baddiel in Pieces on the net for months now. (I have it all on tape back in England which makes it doubly annoying.)

Someone's been posting the MWE TV series on Usenet recently, in alt.binaries.multimedia.comedy, including something they said was the pilot... A request in there might yield more results...

The Culture Bunker

I picked up both the Newman + Baddiel In Pieces TV series and live at Wembley videos on the net, on that site where people auction stuff off.

There are some short audio and video clips of Newman and Baddiel in Pieces here: http://www.micaelita.com/newmanandbaddiel/

Robert Newman is doing a book tour in the US (which may interest you, depending on how close to the border you live) http://www.robertnewmancorp.fsnet.co.uk/live1.html

Punt and Dennis (I think) are still working on The Now Show, there's a really nice article about how it's put together every week here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/radio4/aboutradio4/peacock/11.shtml
and it's occasionally broadcast on BBC7 (in fact this is happening on Monday 9 Feb at 22:30 GMT). http://www.bbc.co.uk/bbc7/comedy/comedyclub.shtml

Can't leave the country unfortunately due to stupid immigration rules.

Given the amount of UK crap that turns up on the net, it's amazing how much good stuff is missing.

And yeah, I have all the tapes back in England, but they're in my dads loft, and he can't get up there due to his health.

Ambient Sheep

I like The Now Show.  Don't often manage to catch it, but it always used to relieve the grim boredom of the M42 roadworks every Friday night a few months back.

I'm not mad on The Now Show, but It's Been a Bad Week is great.
