I don't think any other Burnouts came out on PC.

Burnout 3 on PS2 was so good it made me like a racing game.

I'm loving Burnout: Revenge, even though it's showing its age, re: the way the car looks. Still, the crashes are tons of fun, and it's still up there with the best arcade-y games. I probably ought to give Blur or Split/Second a go soon, I suppose. Especially as my plan to get all 5 stars on all the tracks is proving somewhat tricky.
