It's not from Prison Break Season 4?  There is a really gruesome meticulous torture scene with fingers and sharp things in about the penultimate ep.

There is a great sample on their third and last album (Explaining the Unexplained) - ah, here it is (ok, not a movie sample, but I met Tommy Grenas before a gig in Berlin and he told me they were driving through the desert and this popped up on the radio and he managed to record the sample on his DAT - goes well with the music)
