Making a music video, with a camera phone.

I need help.
I've been writing some guitar songs. Instrumental rock stuff, the kind that has been flamed on here in the past. But put that aside. Once they're recorded, I was hoping to upload them to YouTube, with videos to go with a few of the best.

But here's the thing. I don't own any video making stuff, or even a camera.
So I'm wondering. Is it possible to make anything with a little value, even if it's a 'low-fi' style thing. Using only a phone camera (HTC Desire) and some downloaded PC software.

I like this kind of thing...
Not the exact same videos, just the mix of close-ups and technique stuff, mixed with some interesting shots.

I was thinking of going out and maybe recording one on a demolition site, or by the sea...
Really, I just want a bit of footage of some stuff. And some shots of me playing the songs. And then to mix them together, over the music, so it all looks nice. Any effects or tricks would just be a bonus.
If anyone could recommend any other videos or tips I'd be very appreciative.

Also, is green screen a possibility?
