The trackpad on my new laptop is so bad it's almost unusable (ALPs trackpad on a Dell Vostro[nb]Bought it because it was cheap and had a matte screen[/nb]), so I need a mouse. Does anybody have any recommendations for a mouse that will be used on sofa arms, legs, bed sheets etc. instead of a desk? Or perhaps even a suggestion for an alternative input device?

All of the good mouse recommendations seem to be for big mice that belong on desktops.

I use a Sandstrom wireless Lazer mouse which seems to do the trick. I'm using it right now on the sofa arm. I think it was about £14 from PC world.

Is it Bluetooth? I dont' want to use something that requires a USB key to stick out of the laptop.

Aha, that looks fine. Thanks.

The Logitech's with similar nano receivers are not bad as well.
