safety and first aid book

okay, this is very obscure I think and I have no idea why its just entered my head this morning but I need an answer and as much as I expect this thread to vanish within a day I still think you lot are my best chance.

I used to have a book, it was big, hardback annual style - it was for children and it contained safety tips and first aid techniques. It was 'written' by the then current comedy characters off of the tv. My memories sketchy obviously but there was a section written by Manuel from Fawlty Towers (safety in the kitchen) there was a first aid bit by Windsor Davies in his aint half hot mum guise and the goodies were there too... bicicle safety possibly?

Does anyone have any clue what this book was?
