Well, partly, if this study is right

Basically, a study of global temperatures and sunspot activity over the last few hundred years seems to show a link. During the so called little ice age of 1645 to 1715 there was very little sun-spot activity. By examining ice cores it appears the sun is more active than it's been for a thousand years.

The researchers reckon that whatever is causing natural warming is being exacerbated by human industry.
