Available for torrent [nb]The film is an avi inside a rar but safe[/nb]types at........

Nothing new, I suppose, but Allen does a pretty good job with the interviews [nb]Mark Steel allergic beware[/nb] and recreations although the whole thing would have been better without Al Fayed's cash. I actually like Mr. Mohammed who runs the corner grocer shop and can understand why he financed the project... But it doesn't give the thing much credibility.

I put banned in inverted commas, because it would require a number of cuts to get released, so officially not banned but sort of banned.... Grab it while it's hot!

Mark Steel's in it? His presence would be the only reason to watch such a thing, but it's not enough really. I hope and presume he knows it's all balls though.

Seems to be gone from isohunt but I found it easily enough elsewhere.

Don't post torrents here - surely you should know that?  I just got a bollocking for this.

Scary stuff. I hope that if enough UK people are exposed to this film there could be a huge surge toward dismantling the monarchy.

It's online here if that's OK Barry? http://vimeo.com/55630108

I thought it was shit, a real disappointment. Whilst the bits of the official story that don't add up are examined well enough, the focus on Al Fahed just destroyed it's credibility completely.

Nuclear Optimism

Bit rubbish.

"Look, the Royal Courts of Justice, yeah? Royal Courts of Justice. You see? ROYAL. See?!"

"Look, Posh Spice is walking out of a swanky hotel near the court drawing the attention of the photographers. Coincidence?!"

Jemble Fred

You mean there ISN'T going to be a a huge surge toward dismantling the monarchy on the back of this? WHY I OUGHTTA!

I'm half hour in and I want to kill Keith Allen in the face; does it ever get beyond the (not unreasonable) claim that people had already made their minds up and it's daft investuigating the royals in a royal court? Only I want to play a game and this is taking ages to say anything else.

Sure, there's loads of shite in there (all the Phillip nazi stuff) but the key cover up/suspicious events message in the film is sound I think. Does anyone dispute that? Or is the cool attitude to have, "yeah Diana was murdered, get over it!"?

I don't know if she was necessarily murdered, but clearly some parts of the official account don't add up and there was zero appetite in the mainstream press to address that.

And yeah the stuff about inbult inadequacy and bias of the inquiry was good, but they spent more time indulging the grief porn of an unhinged old man than properly looking at the problems with the official story.

Nuclear Optimism

I found the bits that weren't about Diana to be the best bits. All the racist things they've said, their exclusively white staff, all their massive fucking palaces, how it's a fundamentally undemocratic thing etc. It would have been a good anti-monarchist documentary without the ominous music and slowly zooming in on black & white photos.

That said, I liked the bit where no-one in the street knew what the real verdict actually was.

You know when people say there's a code in the Bible and if you crack it, it predicts 9/11 and what-have-you? Then someone applies the same code to, say, Bravo Two Zero by Andy McNab and it seems to predict things too, proving that it was just a coincidence the first time round, yeah?

I reckon if you examined a fatal car crash of some random Mrs. Smith with the same vigour, you'd probably end up finding a load of apparent inconsistencies too, if you were really looking for them.
