A friend of mine was asking this online. He saw this on cable years ago, thought it was Python. It was a short in a postapocalyptic future with a video arcade where the games are all about being nice, as the world is so fucked up and violent, so people can take out their positivie frustrations for love and sharing and niceness in the arcade.
