Heh, "The Polysics".

I saw Polysics earlier this week at the ICA.  Despite some poor sound levels (like the barely audible keyboard), it was a wonderful gig.  I even bought a T-shirt off Hiro, the singer!

I saw them in Japan a few years ago too, so I am officially cooler than anyone else in the world.

The compilation "Polysics Or Die!!!!" is a perfect introduction to the band, so it's my recommendation of the month.
