I don't think this youtube channel has had it's own thread yet and it certainly deserves it.  I'd seen a couple of his videos before but I didn't really get it until a few days ago.  Since then I've been watching as many of them as I can, and I am impressed over and over again.  I'd say about half the videos on his channel are just ideas that he came up with and filmed on his phone immediately, but there is also his vicious stand-up, which is designed to alienate as many people as possible, really interesting experimental work that is well produced, and then a ton of Tim and Eric style stuff that is actually funny.
