What is the greatest French LP of all time?

Is it by Serge Gainsborough or Stereolab?

Is it Air's Moon Safari or Magma's Udu Wudu or even Gong's You....?

I think it might very well be this:

4 Visions by Eskaton, a female led Zeuhl band who dropped the Kobian for thrilling French harmonising. They play their music very fast... Check out écoute from the above LP finally available on vinyl after thirty odd years.

Here are some other French masterpieces...

Collective CaB brain, share your French fancies with me.......... Merci.

Don_Preston

This may be my favourite from the half a dozen or so I own by him.

Then there're,

or the piano, guitar and bass album:

Or Georges Brassens' No.1, a compilation with all the necessary songs. A huge influence on Yorkshire's Jake Thackray.

Some Etron Fou Le Loublan for all you fans of Rock in Opposition!! The French Cardiacs, for sure (if backed by Henry Cow)!
