I love horror films, and this one looks like it will be dazzling.

It looks beautifully shot - according to the Kickstarter page, they drew their design inspiration from silent horror pictures, which, if done well, should be stunning to watch. I love what you see of the Babadook book too, it's beautiful, and I feel all itchy to get my hands on it and have a proper flip through the pages. The premise could be quite textbook (child warns of sinister presence in the house, parent gradually comes to believe) but I think there's every possibility that this will be an inventive and interesting film. Really excited, I hope this comes to the Picturehouse in Exeter, but I think I'd travel to see this if I needed to.
