I need a USB splitter hub thing, using it to charge/transfer data as well as power a USB mic, if at all possible.  Anyone use one of these?  I would only need 2 ports free at a time, maximum.

If you want it to charge/power things, you want a powered hub, probably. Which means it will need a mains socket, annoyingly.

I've been using this one. It has two fast charging ports, and has been running 24/7 for ages now. I use it to power a Raspberry Pi server and external drives. Note: It is mains-powered.

Don't buy the cheap £3 ones avaliable on Amazon - they're shite.

Yeah if it's not mains powered only things like keyboards and mice are going to work on it.
