Though this doesn't really do anything your phone doesn't, I can see these catching on. It's mainly the round screen   being novel and stylish is what will shift these. Having to enunciate your texts out loud on a bus or wherever seems a bit backwards though, I'm sure there's some middle-ground between this and Google Glass that will be much more intuitive where you can input commands just using eye movement or something that will be better down the road.
