You would think it a simple but I need a mike arm that clips on to my boom mike stand so that I can record acoustic guitar and sing at the same time. It's for the studio so doesn't have to be heavy duty.

Is there such a thing and where can I find it?

Karma returns for any leads.

Just get another cheap mic stand:

The reason you may find it hard to find what you're looking for is because mic stands are easy to topple (unless you're ready to fork out), even with one boom attached. Best not to defy gravity.

EDIT: there's some boom attachments for desks in that link, but I'm not sure how stable they would be attached to another stand; best getting another mic stand.
