London. Computer shop. Where?

I used to go to a place called Yoyotech but that's all online now. PC World is crap. I want to go into town and buy a hard drive to replace my failing one, some RAM and maybe if I feel like it a new CPU/mobo. Yes, it would be cheaper online. But if I need this tomorrow... where the hell do I get it these days? Google isn't helping me, and I don't want to just shuffle to some overpriced struggling Tottenham Court Road emporium to be shafted by a desperate salesperson.

So what do I do?

Why has the world changed so?

Gurke and Hare

Maplin? Although that would probably be a bit overpriced. There's usually a computer fair being advertised somewhere along TCR isn't there, that might be any good.

Where are you in London? If Crouch End is handy, then there's a computer shop there. I don't know if it's any good though.
