Didn't need a crystal ball to see this one coming but yeah, plasma's days are truly numbered.

I'd give it...hmmm...say, 289.

The complaints of screen burn turned me off the day it hit the market, specially for the price they were asking at that time and LED was already making news so the patience paid off.

How does everyone feel about this? Don't care? Not arsed mate?

LG suspended plasma production earlier this year - odd that that story doesn't mention it.

I'm currently looking at you telling me my telly is crap via an LG plasma.

This thing has no burn-in at all, to be honest I've only ever noticed that with LEDs, the last two I had were rife with ghosts and temporary colour filters that laid over the top of everything. This is clean as a whistle by comparison.

Meh whatever, few years we'll all have fucking holodecks anyway.
