I didn't realise he actually died of leukaemia. Which is spooky considering that also killed Arthur Kane after he'd played the Dolls reunion shows.

Also: top marks for including the Vic Godard song "Johnny Thunders" in the closing credits compilation of songs about the old boy. Walks the line between pisstake and tribute superbly.
