Recently I've been revisiting the first Le Tigre album, and as soon as "What's your Take On Cassavettes?" came on all I could hear was "Never Ever" by All Saints.

Whats your Take On Cassavettes?

Never Ever

I've had a few of these spring to mind lately, none of which I can bloody remember now, but the more obscure the link, the better. Hit me.

No Doubt "Don't Speak" and Supertramp "Breakfast In America"

The Os Mutantes song "Ave Lucifer" just came on my MP3 player, and I momentarily thought it was Kate Bush's "The Man With The Child In His Eyes". Not sure why, they really don't sound similar at all. Maybe I'm just an idiot.

Every Bob Marley intro reminds me of every other Bob Marley song ever.

There's a song that always reminds me of George Harrison's 'Wah Wah', but now I've got that in my head, I can't think of the song that reminds me of it...

The first thing that comes to mind is 'Hush' by Joe South or Deep Purple.

I love that song. The middle 7 8 (@4mins) reminds me of Christmas Wrapping by The Waitresses (@2mins). But yeah a lot of 90s bands copied that sound.

Well, it's very similar to the earlier Beatles - I Got A Feeling intro, but what you're thinking of is probably Shed Seven - Going For Gold.

Captain Z

Oasis - Don't Look Back In Anger and John Lennon - Imagine

Ditto. Except for the one that sounds like the Banana Splits.
