That's 'Channel Five And The Right Now'.

The Monster & The Stripper is a true jewel of 60s sexploitation silliness. Lots of stripping, lots of monster. The director went on to make a series of very gory and violent Christian propaganda films.

Igor & The Lunatics is another, a bikersploitation outing that's hardly a lost gem but entertaining enough.

There's also The Seashell & The Clergyman, apparently an early classic of surrealist cinema but I've never seen it.
