Mario Cantone imitating Shelley Winters on this week's Gilbert Gottfried podcast https://vocaroo.com/1goJOOhDI9mE

On a recent Gilbert Gottfried podcast episode, Gilbert sings Dion's Teenager in Love, but he mangles the lyric, singing, "Why can't I be a teenager in love" instead of, "Why must I be..."  What made me have to shut it off for a few seconds to compose myself was his co-host Frank Santopadre correcting him saying, "Gilbert, he's lamenting, not aspiring."

I saw this clip on Before They Were Famous on New Year's Eve and was in absolute stitches at the minute mark. My wife, decidedly less so.

The last twenty seconds of this.  The title gives it away, but it's a case of anticipation ramping up the laugh.

Didn't someone post a link on CaB (maybe even earlier in this thread) of a guy reviewing cheap GTA knock-offs, one of which ended with a never-ending line of people fighting/dying for no reason whatsoever, while the commentator struggles for breath from laughing so much.
I'd love to see that again.

Ha, enjoyed that.

Hilariously subverted by t'Python lads as well.

Armstrong and Miller did a version too, although I can't find the clip, with a bunch of male strippers looking all dejected and hopeless until one of them says 'Why don't we put us redundancy money together, and open a chuffing steel mill!'

Watched it five times so far today.

Would love to know the story behind it. And if anyone has tried recreating it.

A lost song from 2001: A Space Odyssey has emerged.  Made me think of Music 2000 from Look Around You

I pulled some old photo albums from a cupboard at work and one of them had photos of staff and service users' day trips 2000-10. The progression from 'Is that a waxwork' to 'Oh my, that's not great' to 'Oh good Lord' to hold on... as the realisation dawned that I was looking at a day trip to CaB favourite Louis Tussauds was the last thing that truly broke me down to tears, turning the page to see Freddie Mercury, Cliff and Barak (dating it 2010 I guess). Sadly I think I'd be on dicey ground even reposting the images with people blanked out so I wont

A good old chuckle only, but walking to the shops I spotted this sign that some wag had made and attached to a Give Way/Mini-Roundabout sign that had been sideswiped and marmalised by a lorry nearly a year ago and still not repaired.
