Obviously it's popular, but like I say, I don't get it and held the same opinion when I was a kid. My attitude back then was pretty much 'if it's not a cartoon, I'm not interested,' so I've never seen the appeal of the clumsy, heavy, impassive costumes used to represent the fluid, slick, expressive animation.

Have you been on the Haunted Mansion mate

Custard

The Best Show has been making me erupt in laughter a lot recently. Mainly Wurster's calls and sound effects, but Scharpling going on about Ringo Starr is usually a big one

LOVE N PEACE
LOVE N PEEEAACCE

I found the first few peeping tom accusations to callers very funny too, though it's getting a bit overused now

Bad Ambassador

It ain't easy being white
It ain't easy being brown
All this pressure to be bright
I got children all over town!

I've listened to that dozens of times, and it still gets me every time

It was good, but it would have been better were it preceded by a 'TWAT KICKS A HAM OFF AN ESCALATOR, BREAKS ANKLE' video.

Or at least had one obviously linked to it in the 'previous videos' section, or adverts, or whatever.

Adam & Joe's improvised football chants from their XFM podcast never fails to slay me.

"Beckham, Beckham, where'd you live, Streatham? That's full-ah WANK-AAAHS, and you're one!"

I was listening to these podcasts again recently, and the Colin Farrell bit never fails to crack me up (stick with it if you haven't heard it before).

I met someone I used to work with in the games industry for drinks recently. Hadn't seen him for years. In one unreleased game we worked on, you played a Jack Baeur-type bastard and in one mission infiltrated a Chinese embassy to interrogate the Chinese ambassador. My mate reminded me that the way you get the ambassador to spill the beans is to shoot his priceless Ming vase. Tears. The video game industry is so shite.

Bill Burr, trying to read out an advert he's obviously never even glanced at before getting on air.

There's something wonderful about someone, especially a comic, losing it and just crying with laughter.

I remember a (Valentines-ish) episode when he was lamenting how childish a lot of women are with regards gifts and the like and then one of these ads came on and he had to recommend getting flowers and a stuffed bear and he cracked up as the words came out as the ad immediately proved his point.

Gotta agree with Sexton on the Disney folks.

Went t'Florida when I were a nipper and a couple of their kind tried to engage me but I just gave them a look like they were mental (I assume they've got ickle holes to poke their hate filled eyes out of cos) they got the message and diverted off to more... impressionable youths.

I think you've got to be young, young to appreciate it, at a certain point you just see the sweaty dudes in the costumes prancing about like dildos as a backing track plays from some unseen, but apparently ubiquitous, speaker system and whatever appeal it might have had is lost forever. I mean shit, if your lips on your massive head don't even move it's a bit much to expect me to fill in the blanks and still think owt of it.

They must run them like drill sergeants though cos I didn't see a single fuck-up and we were in one part or another of it for a week or more.

Big Jack McBastard

Also lest we forget the first people clambering into Mickey and Co costumes were the unwitting progenitors of the Furries and their wretched ilk.

Utter Shit

Just watched the most recent series of Peep Show, there's a fantastic line in the opening episode when Superhans is trying to convince Mark to come and work at his showroom.

"The money's tasty, and you get to work with toilets...which is obviously funny".

Icehaven

This just makes me howl. I haven't seen the film it's from, which is apparently not very good, but I think it should be shown at the start of every film in every cinema in the world. Alright maybe not kid's films.

Honking. Muffled honking. Were there tears? You'll never know.

I'm a bit pissed.

Don_Preston

I made a friend cry with laughter on Friday whilst doing an impression of Jerry Sadowitz by pretending to pull a long hanky from my sleeve and say "Och that's Jimmy Saville's cum rag!"

He'd better credit me if he uses that routine.

Glebe

Didn't actually make me cry with laughter, but this gem is worth a post:

After seeing Dee get cut from Lethal Weapon 6 in It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia. The scene from the strip joint. Cried actual tears.

Just been on a massive Always Sunny blooper-binge.  Loads of great stuff but these actually make my face wet...

"Whaddup!" - from 0.24 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bZwWEa6exsY

Something about Charlie Day's little corpsing face slays me every time....

Hank Venture

Haha, the one after the one you've linked.

Stawp, Chorlee.

Phil_A

Fucking hell, the one right at the end.

"Ryan's dead...to me. He's DEEEEEEEEEEAD!"
