Mixture of typefaces on the poster for The Intern

What do people think of this sort of thing:



The typeface bricolage  — serif and sans serif, along with the red, white and black colour scheme — reminds me of hipster magazine 032c, which have been doing this sort of thing since 2007:




Is this to be the new trend in middle brow film posters? If so, it's an improvement on the white-background-red-letters formula beloved of romcoms and non-rom coms.
