Only seen it via a shit VHS rip so I'd love to revisit it in HD. It's an utterly demented and unique film and it's truly heartening cinema of that ilk is being restored and presented in editions previously reserved for more high brow/popular fare.. Severin films are wonderful.

Bloodsucking Freaks will always be dwarfsploitation king though.

My vote would have to go to 'Itty Bitty Gangbang' (1976). It's horrible to watch.
