I use the Lidl Cien stuff that's trying to pass itself off as Head and Shoulders.

Two and a half years later, still haven't used shampoo again.

I have hair extensions in at least twice a year and it's a breeze.  I just spray on some conditioning product every day and if it gets a bit grubby I use dreadlock shampoo which you apply to your scalp and rinse off.  Easy.

I use shampoo, but only because I like the excuse of spending ages in the nice warm shower. Mmmmm.
