LG K8 phone any good?

Cards on the table I don't really understand the gubbins of phones so is this one any good?

The comparison for the amount I'm willing to shell out is that Motorola G (3gen) one, but I did have an old LG phone before and did get on with it so does this new one stand up?

For a while the go to budget phone has been the Vodafone smart ultra 6. Similar price to that one you've linked to and can be unlocked for about £1.50. Might be worth a look unless you're completely set on getting an LG.

i've had a moto g for getting on for two years now & the bugger seems to be indestructible. i don't think it was much more than the one you linked.
