Well, I remember the old 90s series they'd have on Channel4, but this is a new series under the same name:

TRAILER

"We think of it as a compelling summer novel broken into thirteen chapters and each chapter is part family drama, psychological thriller, a political story.."

It's basically an American family drama with some horror/supernatural element as is a la mode these days, four episodes have aired so far.

The 'killer' is called "Silver Bells"

Ugh.
