When I saw that, all I saw was a pretty cack-handed but nevertheless probably accurate attack on institutionalised racism in the Royal Family. The depiction of Meghan Markle was a bit iffy, but none of it's very well drawn.

I am prepared to accept some people might see it as trivialising the murder of George Floyd - or possibly trivialising the racism experienced by Markle - or possibly suggesting there are degrees of racism or racist attacks... dunno.
