Uriah Heep were a favourite for a while, but there is something about their tunes that puts me off. Magician's Birthday is probably my favourite album though.

Atomic Rooster, didn't have the highs, but certainly had the better tunes. I like the Chris Farlow period

I like the Chris Farlow period

Can't go wrong with a bit of Farlowe. It's a little bit Spinal Tap-ish how he went from RnB/Pop singer of the 60s to singing with jazz/proggy/rock bands.

But it's still Byron and the boys for me.

Team Rooster for me. Death Walks Behind You is their finest hour. Not so keen on the Farlowe period, though.
