Can Anyone Help Me Answer a Question Regarding Release Dates for Certain Tech?

I'm hoping that someone on this forum might be able to help me in regards to when the following video recording technology was released for the general mass consumer...

* Drone technology (specifically drone's with reasonably high-definition video recording functionality).

* Earpiece cameras.

I don't need specific dates but the year of release (again, for the general consumer) would be fantastic.  I've had a look online but haven't been able to find much information of use.  Any and all answers would be greatly appreciated, as it's for a film edit which I'm currently working on.  If you are as unsure as myself, then please feel free to hazard an educated guess.
