Im used to using cool edit pro on pc but having just bought an Emac, I would really really like to have Pro Tools (if there is a version thats compatible with OSX that is- i dont know). Question is: Are there many musicians on here using macs, and if so, does anyone have a copy of pro tolls i could possibly have. I could give Cool Edit Pro in return.

I used to be jamie by the way!

I'm pretty sure ProTools works fine with OSX, but ProTools is a PITA and nowadays doesn't have all that much going for it. Is there any reason you want PT in particular? I use Logic myself, after giving up with PT a few years ago.

Almost Yearly

Hello jamie, I like "Skellington". I bet you call them tall things you walk on "Skilts" too. I've got ProTools 3 running (just about) on an ancient Nubus Mac with OS7.

So absolutely no use at all then. No, don't thank me. ^He's right though - PT ain't all that no more.
