Small Man Big Horse

Not sure this deserves it's own thread but it's new so I thought I'd stick to the rules. I kind of want to like it more than I do, as the second half is fairly sweet and charming, but the first is spoilt by being a bit dull. Plot wise it's all about a young guy discovering the existence of a group of vampire slayers, and that his parents used to be members until they were eaten, and so he joins up and trains so that he can help save the world and all that shit. But cripes, he only goes and falls in love with a vampire, which is especially odd as Chinese vampires don't talk and just hop everywhere. It has some funny moments but I was never convinced by the romance side of things, and it struggled to maintain my interest despite only just being over an hour and a half long. 5.6/10
